Click here to go to our sermons page in order to listen to our Foundations series for people interested in membership and learning our foundational beliefs and some important distinctions of our church. The writer of Hebrews describes the foundational truths and beliefs of the Christian Faith as having to do with "repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, and of instruction about washings (baptisms), the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment" (Heb 6:1b-2). Our foundational beliefs spring from our understanding of these topics as they are covered in the Scriptural texts of the Bible which tells us that "All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man (person) of God may be competent, equipped for every good work" (2 Tim 3:16-17). We take this seriously and endeavor to follow its teachings in belief and practice. We also cover our beliefs about the nature of God, our view of Scripture and its place in our lives, as well as the importance of praise and worship.
